Hello and welcome to my website!
My name is Frank Matovu, and I have a burning passion for Christian ministry and education. I firmly believe that education plays a pivotal role in shaping a thriving society, and this conviction drives my career aspirations.

My journey into Christian education began at the Word of Life Bible Institute in 2017. As I immersed myself in my studies, my love for teaching, particularly formal Bible instruction and ministry, flourished. Driven by an insatiable thirst for knowledge, I pursued a Bachelor of Science in Religion from Liberty University, seeking to deepen my expertise in this sacred field.

Throughout my academic pursuit, I had the honor of actively serving at Word of Life Fellowship Uganda in various capacities. Presently, I serve as the Graduate Director of Small Group Chapels at the Abilene Christian University, Texas. I engage with a diverse student body as I coordinate Small Chapel Groups. Together with esteemed colleagues, we desire to create a spiritually forming environment at ACU to form a thriving God-honoring culture within the ACU community.

My passion for ministry and education, scholarly research, and leadership led me to embark on a significant step forward - pursuing a Masters of Leadership in Global Christian Education. This endeavor underscores my commitment to further enhancing my leadership acumen within the Bible Institute and honing innovative methodologies to serve our students in our multicultural environment effectively. My research pursuits center on exploring the impact of the multicultural context on student achievement and educational experiences.

Uganda, my beloved homeland, holds a special place in my heart. Nestled in Eastern Africa and bordered by Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, and South Sudan, Uganda has earned the fitting moniker of the "Pearl of Africa" owing to its breathtaking landscapes and natural wonders.
I am truly excited to engage in meaningful and insightful dialogues through this platform. I will be delighted if you consider connecting with me or join my professional learning network. Together, let us traverse a journey of education, ministry, and leadership, embracing the enriching cultural diversity that shapes our experiences for the glory of God.
Yours in Christ,
Frank Matovu
